Step 01

Tell Us About Your Group

You choose your date, group size, and the kind of day you’re looking for — corporate bonding, entertaining clients, celebrating a groom, or anything in between. We’ll take those details and build a fully customized outing based on your preferences.

Step 02

We Design Your Route Together

We work with you to hand-select breweries, distilleries, and food stops that fit your group’s style. Prefer a behind-the-scenes brewery tour? Want a mix of beer and spirits? Need a great lunch spot with space for 20–30 people? We’ll make it happen.

Step 03

Book Your Transportation

Once you approve the plan, we reserve your vehicle — typically a 7, 14- or 24-passenger shuttle — with the option to scale up for larger corporate groups. We pick up and drop off anywhere in the Bay Area.

Step 04

Day of the Outing

Your group is greeted by your driver-guide, who keeps the day on schedule and ensures every stop is ready for your arrival. Tastings, tours, and food are already coordinated. All you have to do is relax, take photos, try new drinks, and enjoy time with your team or group.

Step 05

Tastings & Food Payments

You pay for transportation upfront. We hold a credit card on file for tastings and food throughout the day, so checkout at each stop is simple and painless.
